Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within 48 hours of your booked appointment in order to avoid payment of AED150 to reschedule.
• All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• In the event of the patient missing a session it will not be reimbursed, unless the cancellation policy is followed.
• If the patient is late for a session, only the remaining time of the session will be given.
• The number of sessions may vary (more or less) however the price is fixed, no extra charge or reimbursement will be required.
